- The product is not damaged, expired, or tampered with at the time of return.

- Products not in their original condition or packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Gift cards and promotional/free items
- Perishable or liquid products, such as herbal syrups or juices
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return request:
